Are your products vegan friendly and cruelty free?

Absolutely! We only use vegan and cruelty free ingredients.

Are your fragrances safe to spray on clothes?

Because our products contain high concentrations of fragrance oil, we recommend you take care if you want to spray them on clothes. Do it at your own risk…

How should I store my fragrances?

Please keep your bottles away from direct sunlight and any particularly hot or cold temperatures. You might also want to keep them under lock and key, in case your mates try to nick them ;)

Can I amend or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately not. All our shipping is automatic, so we can’t edit or cancel an order once it’s placed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 8AM Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be an extra day.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

When will my order arrive?

Soon, hopefully! Normal UK delivery is between 2-3 working days. During Offer Periods, Black Friday and Christmas, this may be a little longer. For international orders please check your email confirmation for delivery times.

Where is my order? 

Please have a look at the tracking link that was emailed at the time of despatch. If you can’t see it in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder.

My order has arrived damaged.

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged bottles, making sure the bottle number is visible, and email it to contact@liquid.london. Our customer service team will need to take a look at the images, so share lots. You must send them within 7 days of your order arriving and please don’t throw anything away until we tell you to.

My order has arrived and it’s incorrect.

Please double check your order confirmation, then email us at contact@liquid.london with pictures of what you received and the packing slip. You need to email within 7 days of your order arriving, and we’ll do our best to help!

My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it.

No worries, get in touch and we’ll get to the bottom of it. Email us at contact@liquid.london with your order number and we’ll reply between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

What’s your returns process?

If you’ve tested a spray or two and it’s not for you, you have 30 days to get in touch at contact@liquid.london and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note, if you’ve used more than that or you’re outside the returns window, we can’t take it back. Why not give it to a single mate instead?

Where is my exchange/refund?

Please check your return tracking receipt to make sure we’ve received it. If you’re concerned, get in touch and send us a copy. We’ll usually process returns within a week of receipt. Please note though, we’re not responsible for any returns lost by your courier in transit.
