At Liquid London, we take pride in offering an unparalleled money-back guarantee in case a fragrance doesn't meet your expectations.

We encourage you to try out the fragrance, but if it doesn't meet your satisfaction, please ensure it's returned in its original packaging to qualify for our money-back guarantee. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior request and approval.

Our return policy extends to 30 days, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate actions to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain items fall under categories that cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns or questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the most efficient process is to initiate a return for the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period In compliance with European Union regulations, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. We require that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. In alignment with our extended returns policy, Liquid London extends this period to 30 days, with the same conditions applied.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
