Shipping policy

Our shipping process typically ensures that your parcel is delivered within 2-3 working days, and you can conveniently track its progress online. We extend our shipping services to customers in the UK, EU, and USA.

Orders placed on weekdays before 12 PM are promptly processed and dispatched on the same working day. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days, excluding holidays. For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, please allow for an additional day.

Orders made after 12 PM on Fridays, as well as those placed on Saturdays or Sundays, will be sent out on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Our deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Saturday, ensuring a comprehensive coverage.

Please be aware that during instances such as Royal Mail strikes, non-working periods, or adverse weather conditions, exact delivery times may be affected. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have already been dispatched or placed until they have reached your specified destination. However, in cases of lost or incorrectly delivered parcels, we will take the necessary steps to resend your order.
